Terms of Service
Effective 3 November 2026
These terms govern your use of Nomoku at https://www.nomoku.com (the “Service”), operated by Nomoku (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Nomoku is a job discovery service. We collect remote job openings that companies publish on their own careers pages and hiring systems, organise them (for example by the countries applicants may live in, category and level), and show them to members. Applications are made directly on the employer's website. We are not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency, and we are not party to any application, interview or employment relationship.
2. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that you will receive replies, interviews, job offers or any particular income. Any plans, timelines or example goals shown in the Service (for example a week-by-week job search plan) are illustrations to help you organise your search, not predictions or promises. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
3. Job listings are third-party content
- Listings come from employers' public job postings. We try to keep them accurate and remove them when they close, but we can't guarantee that a listing is current, complete or correct, including salary, location or eligibility details.
- Who can apply from where (“open to your country”, “worldwide”) is our best reading of the posting. Always check the employer's own description before you apply.
- We aim to exclude staffing agencies and reposts, but some may slip through. Report anything suspicious to support@nomoku.com.
- Never pay an employer or anyone claiming to represent one in order to apply or be hired.
4. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You sign in with an email link or Google. Keep access to that email or Google account secure.
- Accounts are personal. Don't share your login or let others use your plan.
- Give accurate information, especially the country you live in, since it decides which jobs and prices you see.
5. Plans, billing and renewal
- Access to the full job list requires a paid plan: weekly, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown before you pay and may differ by country or region.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and may show its own name on your statement. Dodo Payments' terms also apply to the payment.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price for your plan and region until you cancel. If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you before it applies to a renewal.
- You can cancel at any time from “Manage plan & billing” on the plans page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
- If a renewal payment fails, access may be paused until the payment method is updated.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy, export or resell the job listings or other content in bulk, or build a competing service from them;
- use bots or automated tools to access the Service, other than ordinary browser features;
- share, resell or publish access to your account or plan;
- interfere with the Service's security or operation, or try to access other people's data;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.
7. Intellectual property
The Service's design, software, organisation of listings and branding belong to us. Job postings, company names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the employer and the opening. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own job search.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and up to date, but it may occasionally be interrupted, and listings are refreshed on a schedule rather than in real time. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering the Service entirely, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or lost income, or for the acts of employers or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
10. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@nomoku.com. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if required by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
